We try our best to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Monday – Friday) unless the product listing states otherwise.

Your tracking number and link will be sent on your dispatch note once the product is dispatched.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange or refund any unused items. Our refund policy is 28 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 28 days, upon you providing us with order confirmation as proof of purchase.

We will refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. 

If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging. Returned goods found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be returned to you. The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility as is the return postage cost for your item. We advise using a tracked service.

Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. If an item is not packaged correctly and has been damaged in transit back to us, we will contact you and may need to either return the product to you, or only issue a partial refund.

Any product returned where we have gift wrapped and/or hand written a gift card, this order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If for any reason you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item, we will either refund your goods or replace it, if the item is in stock.  Please contact us via email if this is the case. If you are returning a faulty/damaged item to us, you must repackage this in the original packaging and send us a photograph before we can arrange a return.

Returns can take up to 10 days to be processed, especially during busy periods.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

If an item is not cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has been damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible and we will not be able to issue a replacement or a refund.
